Hetal Virani, C.A., C.S., C.W.A., L.L.B., and B. Com., has brought her superior financial and legal expertise to the management of Union Organics. Hetal is responsible for day-to-day planning, implementing, managing and controlling all finance-related activities of the company. Her passion for organic farming and expertise as a cost accountant allows us to manufacture superior quality 100% organic agriculture inputs while keeping the overhead costs as low as possible. Hetal has developed a unique business model starting from raw material procurement to automated packaging that makes our products economically viable for all farmers.
Hetal earned her C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and C.W.A. from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She holds a C.S. from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as well as a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, India. By effectively overlooking our manufacturing operations, Hetal passionately works towards empowering farmers by equipping them with cost effective and eco-friendly agriculture solutions.
When Hetal is not busy evaluating financial reports, she spends her time volunteering at United Word Foundation where she helps with women’s empowerment initiatives. Hetal is also a free spirited global citizen who loves to travel to unexplored, non-touristy places whenever she gets a chance.

Chirag Virani, Co-Founder
(M.B.A, B. Eng. Mechanical)
After completing his Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University, Canada and Master in Business Administration from Ryerson University, Canada, Chirag Virani co-founded Union Organics with two of his childhood friends. Chirag has a diverse academic background and professional experience from Canada, the U.S.A., Europe and India. After managing key leadership positions at many multi-national corporations around the globe for over five years, Chirag guides Union Organics in the areas of sales, marketing and strategic branding.
With an extensive experience in retail sector and digital marketing, Chirag helps Union Organics with the company’s online and offline marketing strategies. Along with conducting market research, developing and executing promotional campaigns and working with distributors to increase annual sales, Chirag also plans social events for the company as well as the community. He has initiated many innovative programs at Union Organics such as “Free Training Programs” for farmers and consumers; “Organic Farming Seminars” for conventional farmers who wish to practically learn about organic farming; “Reconnecting with Nature Programs” for school kids and college students who wish to understand the basics of farming.
Chirag holds charity causes very close to his heart. Whenever he gets a chance, he loves to contribute to social causes such as childcare, education and women’s empowerment. Chirag has volunteered at many different NGO’s: Volunteer for Peace in Vietnam, Future Hope Centre in Kenya, Lasting Blessing in Tanzania, Maximo Nivel in Costa Rica, Manvilas Charitable Trust in India to name a few. He is also a co-founder of United World Foundation which focuses on women’s empowerment and farmer’s empowerment in India.
